Ornamental panel

Ornamental panels for doors are rectangular plates of PVC, HPL or Aluminium, composed of several sheets, depending on the filling desired by the customer: Type A, B, C, or standard.

What is a

PANEL?

Ornamental panels can be ordered for both exterior and interior doors and they represent a suitable replacement for the classic double-glazed entrance door. Production time is short, quick and easy assembly, low weight, and bespoke design.

The thickness of a panel can be executed between 20mm and 52mm but we have the possibility to achieve any desired size. The standard size is 24mm.

ROLLING PANEL

A discreet, smooth, and rounded model that involves a process of bending the Aluminium with high precision and quality. It can only be made of 1.25 mm Aluminium.

Thermoformed panel

The panel model comes with more accentuated details, the thermoformed PVC material being more malleable

The panel models have a more rounded shape with more discreet details given by the embossed Aluminium

Milled panel

The model with a distinct contour that involves the processing of Aluminium by cutting and removing excess material. It can only be made of 3 mm Aluminium.

Embossed/ Thermoforming

We see the entrance door as a representation of the owner’s taste and style. It also brings a highly important decorative and safety aspect to your home. We offer two different panel styles - either by PVC thermoforming technology or by Aluminium stamping technology. Below you’ll find a description of each technology so that you make an informed choice.

Embossed technology

Embossing is a process of deforming the aluminium foil in order to obtain a pattern that has three dimensional shapes. The embossing process is performed with a press that applies a force of 2000 tons on the aluminium foil. The standard size of the sheet is 900x2100mm.

Embossed Thermoforming technology

Thermoforming is also a process of plastic deformation of PVC sheet with the help of heat to obtain an embossed pattern, being the oldest technology for making ornamental panels. The size of the PVC sheets used is 800x1945mm.
